How do I book an appointment?

You can book via our website form, call our customer service line, or send us a message via chat or email. We’ll respond quickly to confirm date & time.

How soon can someone come out?

For most areas, same-day or next-day appointments are often available for minor drywall repairs. More extensive jobs may require scheduling 2–3 days ahead.

Do you provide emergency or after-hours service?
Yes — we offer emergency repairs for critical issues (e.g. water leaks or structural damage). After-hours service may incur additional charges.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. That helps us manage our schedule and offer the slot to other clients.

How Repairs Work

What happens during the repair visit?

Our technician will first inspect the damaged area, discuss options with you, and provide a repair plan. Work begins once materials are ready and scope agreed.

Do I need to prepare anything beforehand?

It helps if the area is cleared of furniture or obstacles. If water damage is involved, ensure moisture source is addressed (e.g. fix leak). We’ll take care of the rest.

How long will the repair take?

Small repairs (nail holes, cracks) often take 1–2 hours. Medium-sized patches may take a few hours including drying. Large or multi-room jobs are estimated based on complexity.

Will I need to leave my home during repairs?

Usually not. We aim to minimize disruption. Depending on the scope and if heavy sanding or large drywall replacement is required, it might be more comfortable for you to step out for a bit.

Pricing & Payment

How is the cost determined?
Cost depends on damage size, material required, texture matching, and whether there’s underlying damage (e.g. moisture or structure). We give upfront estimates.
Do you charge any hidden fees?
No — everything is transparent. We include all material, labor, and finishing in the quoted price unless you choose optional extras.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. For larger projects, we may require partial payments at agreed milestones.

Is financing available?
In some cases, yes. We partner with local financing vendors or payment plans. Ask us when booking if that’s something you’d like.

Do you match textures and paint?
Yes — matching the existing surface texture and finish is part of our standard service to ensure the repair blends seamlessly.
Do you offer warranty or satisfaction guarantees?
Absolutely. We guarantee workmanship. If you notice any issue with the repair (like cracking or finish problems), contact us — we’ll come back and fix it.
What happens if damage is more extensive than initially visible?
If during repair we find hidden damage (e.g. mold, rot, structural), we’ll pause and inform you of the new findings. We’ll provide additional estimate for full remediation.
